Panglao Fishing staff are extremely accommodating. After the trip was over, the owner drove us back to the hotel and provided me with two shore rods and bait, which I was allowed to use for the rest of the day for no extra charges. It is an amazing plan to do on vacation with your family ! The crew is very nice and Sean (the boss) is really cool. After the fishing session, since we didn't catch anything due to the conditions, he took me driving around with his car to go shore fishing in the afternoon !
